For XS Night Club:

Proper Night Club Attire Includes: Business Casual Dress. Dressy jeans are permitted.

The following are always prohibited: No torn, cut-off, baggy attire, or stained clothing. No offensive prints. No tank tops, chains, swim wear, or robes/towels. No athletic wear, including but not limited to, gym shorts, sweatpants, hats, etc. No clothing that contains rivets, hooks, studs, etc. No work boots or sandals.

Management reserves all rights to determine appropriate attire.

For XS Night Swim:

Proper Swim Attire Includes: 1 piece/2-piece bathing suits. Swim/Surf Shirts. Swim Trunks. Religious swimwear allowed as well. (ex. Burqinis) Water shoes are allowed. Sandals/Flip Flops. No undergarments allowed for sunbathing/swimming. No see-through, risqué, or indecent clothing or swimwear. European sunbathing is not permitted. No offensive prints. No jeans, pants, chains, or robes. No clothing that contains rivets, hooks, studs, etc. No work boots. Business Casual Dress is also allowed.

Guest may not swim/sunbathe fully clothed.

Management reserves all rights to determine appropriate attire.

In addition to our proper attire requirements, the company reserves the right to eject and/or trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the company’s behavior standards, which can be found on our website.

Lewd, inappropriate, and sexual behavior (including nudity) is strictly prohibited even if consensual. Further, the use or possession of any illegal substances or the solicitation of any product or services is strictly prohibited. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our quests and employees in our resorts. Inappropriately touching our employees is strictly prohibited.

ANY OF THE FOREGOING ACTIVITIES WILL RESULT IN EJECTION, TRESPASS AND IS SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Weapons (any items that may be used to cause bodily harm) • Controlled Substances • Eve Drops/Nasal Sprays • Marijuana Products (in any form including vapes and edibles) • Over the Counter and Prescription Medications (Some prescription medicine in its original, unexpired, and unadulterated container, in the name matching your government issued, photo ID, and not requiring refrigeration can, if medically necessary, be checked at Bag Check. Please ask for a Security Supervisor for details and questions) – Gum/Mints/Breath Strips • Outside Food, Drinks, or Liquids (this includes water bottles of any kind) • Vitamins/Supplements • Cameras/Go Pros Wearable Technology (watches are permitted) • Selfie Sticks • Colognes/Perfumes • Chewing Tobacco • Party Props

If you wish to deposit any prohibited items into our Amnesty Box prior to entering the Venue, you must ask for a Security Supervisor before being searched/bag check. Any prohibited items discovered will be confiscated and disposed of by management (without compensation) even if guest is denied access or removed from venue.
